Program Summary
KBR supports the operational needs of U.S. armed forces at Morón Air Base in Spain and Turkey. Our services ensure smooth operations, allowing Air Force and government personnel to focus on their missions. We provide program management, civil engineering, morale, welfare, and recreation support, among other essential services. Awarded by the Air Force Installation Contracting Center, our contract spans a five-year base period with three one-year options, reflecting our commitment to excellence and operational support.
Job Summary
As a Contract Escort be responsible for tracking the movement of all delivery vehicles, related with USAF Construction Contracts, TMO, Commissary and AAFES facilities in support of 39th Air Base Wing Contractor Escort Program at Incirlik Air Base. As a first line of defense, escorts ensure that vehicles entering the base do not stray from their intended destination, and this way support Base security.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Performs and coordinates Gate Control Management escort requirements by base agencies, including determining escort requirements of contractor’s vehicles, prioritizing escort service request, and cataloging vehicle traffic entering Incirlik Air Base.
- Performs handling of all radio traffic, records time of entry and exit of vehicles as well as unforeseen issues.
- Performs incoming or outgoing telephone conversations, coordinates escort request by base agencies.
- Provides escort services for vehicle deliveries to Transportation Management Office (TMO), Commissary, AAFES facilities and general services for construction contractors.
- Provide contractor escorts for all construction-related activities to include those in secured locations.
- Maintains positive control of vehicles throughout their stay on Incirlik Air Base.
- Performs Gate Pass Management to include coordinating and routing gate passes through the 39th Air Base Wing.
- Assumes responsibility for housekeeping standards of office environment and safety inspections, including car wash of the Government Owned Vehicles.
- Complies with all related items KBR contract Performance Work Statement, Instructions, Air Force Instructions, Guidebooks, and Technical orders.
- Demonstrate the capability of working on shift to include weekends and holidays.

Basic Qualifications
- Turkish Citizenship
- Minimum High school diploma
- Fulfilled Turkish Military obligation (male candidates)
- Must have valid driver license (minimum Class B) and driving experience
- Ability to speak, read, and write English level III
- Must be capable of obtaining a Turkish security clearance
- Obtaining and passing a medical physical test includes orthopedic, confirmation for driving and certification of health status by Government Hospital is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with/on Air force military bases
- Bachelor’s degree in some field
