The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others. Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention.
The Strategic Systems Analysis Group (SSAG) supports government and private sector strategic planning, decision making, and program management. SSAG integrates deep client knowledge, advanced analytics, and subject matter expertise to provide timely and objective technical, operational, programmatic, acquisition, and policy analysis.
SSAG has a need for a Schedule Analyst.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Washington DC Pay Transparency Range: $105,000 - 125,000.
Responsibilities:
The Schedule Analyst will support Navy Strategic Systems Programs with the development, integration, and maintenance of program schedules. The right candidate will have strong verbal and written skills, be able to communicate and manage client expectations, understand WBS, schedule interdependencies, and facilitate communication across a range of stakeholders to develop and maintain program schedules, identify issues, and generate reports and other project documentation as required.
The Schedule Analyst will also provide analytic and management analysis support to undersea platform acquisition activities, with a strong focus on acquisition program schedule analysis and risk management. The Analyst will perform detailed Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) development, maintenance, schedule analysis and risk assessments that will assist in facilitating senior leadership decision making, planning excursions, and reporting.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizen with DoD security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in technical or management field, including operations, engineering, statistical analysis, mathematics, etc. or equivalent industry/ work experience.
- 5 - 10+ years of meaningful experience in project analysis with a focus on schedule development and assessment, preferably on DoD acquisition or ship design/ construction programs.
- Meaningful experience managing a WBS/IMS development process.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, to build and visualize schedules and other critical program artifacts.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Milestones Professional.
- Experience working on submarine or undersea related programs.
- Experience with Defense Acquisition System DoD 5000 series and Navy or DoD program planning.
- Experience with and knowledgeable of the Navy requirements and program office organizations and processes.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively.
