Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join as a Functional SME for Commercial Center (Fiserv) to work with LOBdirectly. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of the Commercial banking systems (web and mobile). This role requires in-depth knowledge of Commercial banking processes and regulations in the US, as well as expertise in Commercial Center(Fiserv), good domain understanding/business analysis, and project leadership.
Responsibilities:
1. Experience in Commercial Banking domain, possessing comprehensive knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and trends.
2. Experience working on End to End Product lifecycle in all Commercial banking products like Commercial Center.
3. Collaborate with LOB, cross-functional teams to help understand business and functional requirements, test scenarios, execution
4. Ensure effective communication between cross-functional teams, keeping stakeholders informed about progress and challenges.
5. Identify opportunities to enhance processes related to domain knowledge management, and business analysis within the consumer banking domain.
Required Skills/Qualification:
1. 10+ years of in-depth experience in SME of commercial Banking domain either inbuilding a banking product or implementing banking application or providing banking domain-based IT services to Banks and Financial Institutions
2. Experience in Fiserv Tool – Commercial Center.
3. Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
4. Graduates/ Post Graduates in Engineering/ Finance/ Science / Business Administration
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
