JOB DESCRIPTION
The Payments Solution Center Core Trade Team provides support to internal and external clients on their Trade related transactions through phone calls and emails. The team services clients (companies) on various products including Letter of Credit, Documentary Collections and Stand-by Letter of Credit.
As a Client Service Analyst, you will conduct research and analysis in order to respond to internal/external transactional clients inquiries and come up with solution to operational/ transactional inquiries, ensuring all client service related tasks are completed promptly with a high degree of quality and efficiency. They will also assist the team in acting as the client advocate and drive internal coordination by Product, Operations, Technology, Risk and Compliance to deliver service excellence. The main purpose of this position is to provide assistance to customers in their day to day treasury operations and support the Client Service Account Managers in the transactional requirements of their portfolio.
Job Responsibilities:
- Client Service team central point of resolution and escalation for service issues and to provide assistance in the day to day treasury operations
- Take full ownership regarding problem solving and escalation, to ensure timely resolution
- Identifies and addresses product/service gaps and development opportunities, leveraging the full array of Treasury Services product capabilities
- Ability to analyze client behavior and trends to propose service efficiencies
- Adheres to and ensures client's compliance with risk policies/practices and educates clients on new legal/regulatory/cyber changes
- Direct relationships with clients and internal service providers while resolving issues via phone and email
- Provide high-level guidance to the team and ensure that Client Satisfaction and service level agreements are met or exceeded
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant industry and/or functional experience.
- Knowledge in Trade Products and services such as commercial letters of credit, Stand-by letter of credit, Import LC’s and collections.
- Possess good understanding of core and intermediate Treasury Services product sets, systems and channels.
- Have client-facing skills.
- Ability to effectively partner with internal colleagues and external clients.
- Possess strong Data Analytic skills.
- Possess strong time management skills in a fast paced environment; demonstrating ability to balance competing priorities and deliver on commitments.
