Position: Manager, Learning Experience & Delivery
Location: Princeton, NJ
Position Summary
The Manager, Learning Experience & Delivery role serves as the central point of contact for managing and coordinating the delivery of all our R&D Learning team's events and programs, along with partnering with the learning experience designers to design and develop learning solutions. This role will work with team members to understand the detailed requirements needed to schedule the learning sessions and define all the logistics requirements to ensure the successful delivery of our learning events. This role will take on responsibility of executing those logistics requirements as well as engaging with our learning vendors and Enterprise Learning teams as needed on the planning, delivery, and measurement of our events. This role will also partner with our Enterprise Learning teams to ensure we are effectively leveraging all the centralized learning processes & tools supporting learning logistics, recording attendance, measuring, and reporting on effectiveness. This role will also support our compliance training team with completing the required forms to ensure all learning data is appropriately tracked in our learning management systems. This role will also support the Learning Experience Designers and leverage instructional design tools and techniques in the development and delivery of training programs

Key Responsibilities
- R&D Learning event management for all R&D Learning events including R&D Orientation, learning Smarter, Pathfinders and all other special training events
- Defines the learning delivery and logistics requirements and executes the required activities and/or partners with our vendors to ensure successful event logistics, registration, communications, effective delivery, and post-session follow up of all our learning programs
- Supports project management, design, development, delivery/implementation of learning projects for the R&D organization.
- RDL SharePoint Site Maintenance in alignment with all R&D Learning programs
- Partners with Enterprise Learning to ensure utilization of all centralized learning processes & tools by R&D Learning including vendor selection, metrics, surveys, etc...
- LMS Administration form data entry as needed
- Demonstrates knowledge of adult learning, knowledge of instructional design, familiar with the ADDIE model
- Develops design documents, storyboards, audio scripts, graphic images, communications
- Coordinates, develops and distributes learning materials (e-learning, job aids, slides decks, recordings, etc.)
- Provides support to Subject Matter Experts and learners
- Responds to stakeholder feedback as required and creates communications as needed
Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required and 4-5 years of experience coordinating learning programs in the Biopharmaceutical environment
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Skilled in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and MS Teams are a must. Must be able to work independently and multi-task.
- Experience planning and managing multiple learning projects/events simultaneously
- Experience managing and updating SharePoint sites
- Knowledge of the R&D organization a plus
- Experience engaging and managing learning vendors
- Project Management skills a plus.
- Knowledgeable in the use of development tools (Articulate 360 Suite; Video/audio applications a plus).
Experience in the delivery of learning through various modalities (ILT, vILT, eLearning, Social/Mobile Learning). Experience
- Understanding BMS LMS administration tools and technology
- Experience coordinating all aspects of learning program delivery
- Strong customer service and engagement skills
- Knowledge of the learning technology utilized at BMS
- Project Planning and Project Management skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality delivery
