In this role, you will:
- Support Mid Corp Relationship Manager to attract, develop, grow, and retain client relationships within the Mid-Corporate segment
- Assist Mid Corp RM and/or product partners with preparation of client data/info, creation of pitch books and other marketing materials, and/or development of presentation materials for client meetings and/or internal discussions
- Support execution of client calls by conducting pre-call planning, recording call notes, and coordinating post-call debrief sessions
- Initiate regular touchpoints with Mid Corp RM to review and discuss portfolio, active opportunities, and pending deliverables needing completion; manage action items to completion
- Offer the full suite of Wells Fargo's solutions to meet multi-faceted needs by thoughtfully engaging product organizations, developing client specific coverage plans, leveraging a solid understanding of industry landscapes, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions
- Coordinate with Credit Team on timely completion of screening and annual review memos, while also supporting Mid Corp RM with financial and credit analysis
- Take ownership and assist with client related administrative/operational functions including account openings and service team coordination and addressing customer issues and problems
- Coordinate and ensure appropriate resolution on various Treasury Management and/or Deposits Administrative requests and approvals
- Coordinate and/or direct various components of audit, compliance reviews, and/or exams
- Represent Wells Fargo in the marketplace through active in-person and/or social media engagement and visibility in the local business and non-profit community
- Participate in the structuring, modification, and renewal of complex cash flow, and certain other industry specific solutions within Commercial Banking by analyzing financials, presenting to clients, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and partnering with senior peers to execute more complex transactions
- Independently lead or resolve complex initiatives and guide team to meet deliverables within the Commercial Banking Relationship Management group while leveraging a solid understanding of relevant policies, procedures, and meeting compliance requirements
- Utilize and excel at relevant systems, dashboards and platform tools to drive data based decisioning and strategy including relationship planning
- Engage Business Development Representatives in sourcing new Commercial Banking clients, by cultivating relationships through existing networks
- Distribute regular earnings calls and investor preparation summaries
- Raise topics from calls with partners to identify opportunities across the portfolio
- Serve as a culture carrier in the business adhering to Wells Fargo Vision and Values and representing Wells Fargo in the marketplace
- Adhere to disciplined sales practices expected in Commercial Banking Market Coverage consistent with the Code of Ethics
- Identify tasks and/or deliverables where ownership should be routed to a specific team and/or individual especially from a risk, compliance, product, and/or efficiency perspective
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Commercial Banking and/or Corporate and Investment Banking experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other relevant Business field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- High level of initiative and accountability
- Strong accounting skills and ability to analyze financial statements
- Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Highly collaborative team player
- Demonstrate understanding of credit, operational, and compliance risk
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$106,300.00 - $188,900.00
