Ryder is immediately hiring for Manufacturing/Assembly Line Team Leads in Burlington, NC
Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly
- Hourly Pay $15.00 per hour
- Additional Pay: $1.00 per hour more once training is successfully completed.
- Overtime Pay $22.50 per hour (if/when needed)
- Schedule: Second Shift, Monday - Friday 4:30 pm - 1:30 am; *Training period will last 6 weeks on first shift

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Proficient with simple mathematical calculations
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Bilingual a plus.
- Proficiency in operating a computer and hand-held scanner
Responsibilities:
- Ensure correct customer product is on the correct production line
- Assemble line sample
- Train line associates on how to assemble components and pack product per documented work instructions and quality requirements
- Ensure units/pallets are packed correctly
- Responsible for line clearance and reconciliation process
- Call for components and product from Warehouse when needed
- Verify all lot codes and labels are correct when product and materials are delivered to the line
- Perform quality assurance audits to ensure compliance with QMS, safety and GMP’s
