We're searching for an experienced, customer-centric Product Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the evolution of our platform. The Product Manager will have primary responsibility for managing the complete product life cycle for a specific product line. This role is responsible for the development of product strategy, planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product roadmaps, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, operations and supply chain to ensure that revenue, margin and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Here's what you'll do:
• Be the voice of the customer: Conduct regular user research and competitor analysis to uncover pain points, opportunities, and industry trends to support our manufacturing customers.
• Translate these insights into actionable product strategies that support our current and future customer base.
• Be the unequivocal expert on your product line. If you don't know, you take the initiative to find out.
• Lead the design and execution of your solutions user experience (UX) based on best practices and customer research.
• Build a rolling 12-month product roadmap that aligns with company goals and customer expectations.
• Own your product roadmap: Deliver our compelling vision for our platform by building product stories about features.
• Contribute towards internal and external roadmap execution, including working directly with internal stakeholders and external customers to understand user workflows & product needs.
• Build intuitive and easy to use functionalities based on your data, market needs, and business objectives.
• Lead with influence by collaborating effectively across engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and execution.
• Champion your product vision, communicate effectively, and navigate diverse perspectives to build consensus and drive outcomes.
• Measure success by tracking and analyzing key performance metrics (KPIs) to gauge product impact and user adoption. Utilize data to inform future iterations, refine strategies, and optimize the product experience.
• Go to market like a pro by collaborating with marketing and sales to develop and implement winning go-to-market strategies that drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Strong ownership and accountability in leading all release processes and quality aspects.
• Improve team release management rituals by improving standard processes for consistency.
• Write and manage release notes for your products.
Your qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• You have 5-7 years of B2B SaaS product management experience, ideally in the B2B manufacturing space.
• Strong ownership and accountability in leading our release processes and quality assurance.
• Early-stage product launches and experience bringing new products to market are a major plus.
• UX design experience is a must! You will have an influence on how our products look and feel for the users.
• You possess a deep understanding of customer-centric product development and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are in your DNA, alongside the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with laser focus.
• Communicator and collaborator who can build rapport across teams and champion your vision with clarity and enthusiasm.
