POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic candidate who is an empathic communicator, active listener and natural problem-solver, with strong technical skills, who will become the backbone of an exceptional customer support experience. The Customer Support Associate will support our customers from their initial interaction with our company, through their installation experience, and years after our job is complete. As an ambassador of our brand, this role must love interacting with people and identifying solutions. Must communicate well with external audiences and internal employees to elevate the customers concerns and provide a first class installation experience. Must be detail oriented and able to communicate clearly via phone, email and messenger. Experience in the home remodeling field is not necessary. We will invest in teaching you everything that you need to know about our products, services and business, so that you can provide exceptional customer support. - Accurately order materials and coordinate service schedules.
- Handle a high volume of customer calls in a dynamic environment.
