What you’ll need
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid driver's license required. Facility Management certification preferred.
- Must hold experience overseeing multiple sites which will require about 10% travel to NY and Philadelphia.
- Nice to have Facilities Management experience including Life Sciences/ Pharmaceutical, Hospital/ Healthcare and/or other regulated facilities environments.
- Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
- Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and balance problems.
- Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job and department.
- Extensive organizational strengths with a strong inquisitive approach.
- Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

Massachusetts State Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training and experience. The compensation range is about $120,000 to $140,000 annual base salary. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience.
