In the role of Marketing Coordinator, we'll count on you to:
- Draft and refine project qualifications, resumes, and bios; coordinate with the team for details; prepare review drafts and final layouts; facilitate information flow; and select appropriate imagery.
- Fill in content, obtain necessary signatures, and ensure compliance in proposal/SOQ forms.
- Distribute RFIs, manage responses, and provide necessary follow-up.
- Collaborate with designers for early-stage proposal visuals like organizational charts and workflows.
- Provide editorial support to ensure content quality, this includes proofreading and editing.
- Organize meeting logistics, including invitations, space, catering, and provide meeting support.
- Coordinate photography and draft web and social media campaigns for pursuit-related activities.
- Perform other duties as needed

- Preference given to local candidates
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign
