Director, People Experience Partner || Human Resources
What this job involves:
As a critical member of the HR team, you will support the execution of the People Strategy and promote best practices and operational excellence across the business. You will provide HR support and consultation to the business in support of key strategic HR initiatives, including assisting HR Business Partners and Senior HR Advisors in executing the people strategy across the talent lifecycle.
In addition, to core People Experience Partner (PXP) responsibilities, you will have an opportunity to lead and drive HR transition including pre- and post-merger and acquisition integration activities for the PDS India account. You will serve as an advocate for the wider function and leverage HRBPs, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and HR Business Services teams to meet the strategic HR needs of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Support HRBPs and Senior HR Advisors in executing the overall people strategy and key HR initiatives
- Understand business and leadership priorities, including business strategy, P&L, and key initiatives that drive bottom-line results
- Support the growth strategy, including mergers and acquisitions, by providing tactical HR support during bid, acquisition, and integration phases, including managing large-scale workforce integrations, re-deployment, and RIF paperwork
- Lead HR integration activities for acquisitions involving up to 1,000+ employees, particularly in environments with limited or legacy HR technology systems, ensuring seamless onboarding and cultural alignment
- Client is highly focused on employee retention, career development, and succession planning. This role requires focused governance and reporting
- Monitor continuous growth in the account, primarily at remote production sites, requiring ongoing team oversight
- Cascade and implement client initiatives with JLL resources, with the people manager playing a key role in areas such as Real Estate Behaviors, Learner Mindset, and Worker Welfare Plan
- Implement and manage reward and recognition programs
- Use internal networks and leverage previous HR experience to advocate best practices and support the development and execution of strategy, policy, practice, and business initiatives
- Partner with the HR team and the business to support a wide range of projects across Talent Management, Staffing/Recruiting, Employee Relations, Compensation, and Business Planning
- Support annual performance management processes by educating managers and employees, driving analysis of completion rates, and encouraging thoughtful participation
- Work with Senior HR Advisors and Employee Relations teams, supporting managers to address employee performance issues by providing advice, counsel, data, analytics, and best practices, escalating to Risk and Legal where appropriate
- Assist in producing and delivering analytics, trends, feedback, and other data to Senior HRBPs to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of HR team processes and broader organizational performance
- Respond to ad-hoc queries from management and employees by answering questions directly or referring them to the appropriate subject-matter expert (e.g., HR Business Services)
- Work with HR Business Services teams as needed to identify and resolve employee data issues. Actively leverage HR technology to drive value and results
- Advocate and support the use of the full suite of HR service offerings, HRBPs, HR Business Services teams, and CoEs, acting as a role model and facilitator to ensure business areas adhere to agreed service offerings

Experience & Qualifications:
- At least 10–12 years of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to a broad range of HR services
- Prior merger and acquisition integration experience, particularly managing large-scale workforce integrations (1,000+ employees) in organizations with limited or no high-tech HR systems
- Generalist experience, though specialist experience across a number of areas is acceptable
- Bachelor's degree with a major/minor or emphasis in HR or other relevant field is required
- Advanced level of English is also required
- Flexibility to travel across client sites
