Fast-growing insurance agency is hiring a Remote Licensed P&C Sales Agent with recent Farmers experience.
This is a high-volume sales role for someone who can work internet leads fast, quote efficiently, and close consistently. This is not an entry-level position.

Requirements:
- Active Property & Casualty license
- Recent Farmers Insurance experience required
- Strong phone sales skills
- Comfortable handling high lead volume
- Experience quoting Auto, Home, Renters, and Umbrella
- Reliable internet and quiet work environment
- Must have your own computer, headset, and equipment required to work remotely
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Must obtain a Life & Health license within 90 days of hire if not currently licensed
Preferred:
- Active Life & Health license
- Strong close ratio on internet leads
- Dialer and CRM experience
- Bilingual is a plus
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Some weekends as needed
