We have an immediate need for a Microsoft Office 365 Analyst.
The position is located in Washington DC (must live a commutable distance from any Client business location).
This is a full time permanent position.
Ideal candidates must have 1+ years of SharePointMicrosoft Office 365 experience.
Responsibilities:
The Analyst will work with the Microsoft 365 Collaboration team on large scale projects as well as self-manage smaller scale projects for both internal and client billable projects.
The Analyst will gather and document business requirements and determine an appropriate solution leveraging the Microsoft 365 platform assist in defining project objectives, scheduling and prioritizing work with a project team to design, prototype, and build solutions based on documented requirements and acts as Microsoft 365 Subject Matter Experts (SME).
Some examples of projects or work that may be performed Office 365 Creating custom forms to take in required information Creating workflows to automate and track the progress of business processes via task lists, email notifications, etc.
Responsible for all SharePointO365 related Help Desk tickets.
