What You Will Do
The Enterprise Services Project Management Office (ESPMO) team is looking for an experienced Change Manager with solid experience supporting large scale, enterprise-wide organizational change initiatives. The ideal candidate for this role will be confident, experienced, and highly skilled in implementing strategic organizational change management strategies that help drive transformation and achieve business value.
This position will also help drive visibility for and understanding of Enterprise Services initiatives with key stakeholder groups including employees, businesses and programs, partners and suppliers, functions, and process owners.
The core responsibilities of the position include:
Leading organizational change management efforts for strategic, complex initiatives (programs, large projects.)
Conceptualizing and implementing strategic change management plans that will help drive business value around key ES initiatives.
Assessing and identifying key stakeholder careabouts and creating scalable strategies for managing to expectations.
Partnering to develop and execute timely communication messaging and education programs that are aligned with the business change milestones.
Partnering to identify and drive key change readiness activities that align to the business value and benefits of initiatives, by utilizing various metrics and measurements.
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications.
Minimum 8 years of applicable experience supporting large scale, enterprise-wide change management initiatives.
Functional change management consulting experience.
Working knowledge of industry leading change management methodologies (certification preferred.)
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
Qualifications We Prefer
PROSCI or CCMP certification
Proven skills in working multiple initiatives and complex tasks, with the ability to consistently exceed objectives in a frequently changing environment.
Demonstrated ability in partnering to drive change strategy and developing strategic change management plans and deliverables around key initiatives.
Experience partnering to influence key stakeholders and align multiple priorities to a common goal.
Proven ability interacting with employees at all levels (including senior leadership) and simplifying complex messages based on audience needs.
Ability to think through and conceptualize program frameworks and execution.
Strong business acumen, detail-oriented organizational and interpersonal skills, resourceful and energetic, with strong writing and storytelling skills.
Demonstrated skills as a critical thinker and proven knowledge of organizational change management.
Desire to be an effective team member and to contribute proactively to group success.

Minimum Program Qualifications
To qualify for the RTX Re-Empower Program, candidates should:
- Be on a career break of one or more year at time of application
- Have prior experience in functional area of interest
- Have interest in returning in either a full-time or part-time position
The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
