The Intelligence Programs Group, part of Systems Planning and Analysis Inc.’s Space and Intelligence Division, is a specialized provider of systems engineering and trusted advisory services to the Space and National Intelligence community. We utilize mission-proven, data-driven advisory tools and capabilities. We provide highly technical support to ensure the government acquires cutting edge technology necessary for our National Defense. Our portfolio includes the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). As a member of the COLOSSUS program, a Systems Engineering and Technical Advisory (SETA) contract, you will provide Enterprise Planning and Management support to the customer. The COLOSSUS program supports a range of functions to include strategy development, enterprise architecting, portfolio management, policy development, and governance facilitation and assessment. You will be asked to provide corporate support to your customer team, which is charged with maintaining 24x7 watch of the agency’s information environment. As an experienced IT professional, you will be asked to rely on knowledge and judgment to plan and accomplish goals for the customer team.
Responsibilities:
As a member on this team, you will:
- Manage organizational procedures and associated documentation for Mission Directors (MDs) who oversee the around-the-clock operations of the information environment.
- Represent and advise the SIO in: conducting interviews with SMEs; validating/refining data on organizational procedures and associated documentation (SOWs, JQS, SOPs) for MD oversight the around-the-clock operations of the information environment; performs gap/overlap/conflict analysis; drafting Functional Requirements Document (FRD) for presentation to the launch team.
- Manage and track mission assurance program planning requirements; develop white papers, briefings, action responses, as well as participate on behalf of the supported office in site- and enterprise-level coordination and activities.
- Ensure the continuity and emergency response program complies with relevant policies, processes, and procedures.
- Manage training program and related materials for Mission Directors, ensuring the program complies with relevant policies, processes, and guidance; review standards to ensure accuracy and currency with operational requirements.
- Solicit, analyze, and synthesize office inputs to relevant operations, integration, and governance forums.

Required Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret clearance with CI Poly at time of application
- MS with 5+ years or BS with 8+ years of demonstrated performance related to the tasks above
- Experience supporting federal agencies/departments with responsibilities in IT training management, continuity planning, or executive support
- Ability to excel as a leader and member of a collaborative team through open communication, transparency, and flexibility
- Ability to relate professionally with senior Government customers and colleagues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Certifications related to functional responsibilities such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
- NRO/IC Experience desired
