Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.

Professional Experience

Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC & Plumbing design, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in HVAC design software such as HAP & ELITE CHVAC
Strong knowledge of ASHRAE, IMC, IPC, SBC, NFPA & SMACNA standards.
Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and other advanced design technologies.

Leadership and Management Skills

Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of HVAC & Plumbing Engineers & designers.
Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Interpersonal and Communication Skills

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Strong presentation skills.
