Minimum Education
Master's Degree/equivalent in marketing or finance.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years directly related experience in financial analysis, financial planning, business consulting, project management or operational analysis. Advanced analytical, human relations, and communication skills. Has successful experience in making executive level recommendations regarding complex business solutions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Healthcare logistics cost modeling: Proven experience in developing costing models, specifically targeting Healthcare customer supply chain scenarios. Including international routes, new product offerings, flight patterns, etc.
- Industry Expertise: Detailed knowledge of Healthcare logistics supply chains, cost drivers, metrics, and financial metrics.
- Cross-Functional Strategy: Extensive experience leading high-profile, cross-functional strategic projects that require aligning diverse stakeholders across business units.
- Cost-benefit analyses: Synthesize into concise, strategic recommendations for C-suite executives to support investment decisions and prioritization.
- Presentation development and execution: Strong executive presence with a demonstrated ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable, strategic recommendations for C-suite leadership.
Location Details:
The preferred locations for this hybrid position are Memphis, TN, Pittsburgh, PA, or Plano, TX. However, we will consider candidates based elsewhere within the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). Candidates residing within 50 miles of a FedEx campus will be required to work on-site at a FedEx location several times per week
Minimum Education
Master's Degree/equivalent in marketing, finance, computer science or related business discipline.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years' experience in marketing, advertising, sales administration, or related discipline. Experience leading complex and interrelated initiatives in a corporate environment. Directly related advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. Directly related experience may offset degree requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of the broad application of advanced principles, theories, concepts and techniques in marketing disciplines, project management, information analysis and computer-generated modeling.
Excellent human relations and communication/presentation skills.
