DEI Program Lead
Key Role:
Lead and provide end-to-end project management that supports the delivery of company-wide DEI programs. Leverage expertise in end-to-end program management, including planning, development, delivery and implementation, and stakeholder management, delivering efforts across a large organizational setting. Apply experience measuring and scaling programs for sustained business impact all while understanding the principles and practices of the DEIB field. Design, develop, and deliver firm DEI programs from conception to implementation. Collaborate with DEI leadership to implement programs that increase equity, inclusion and belonging competencies within the company, working on initiatives that impact the full workforce. Contribute to designing the measurement framework and reporting of programs and provide recommendations needed to improve and scale programs. Use a working knowledge of inclusion, equity, and belonging to create and optimize programs, products, and services across the firm. Learn the firm’s core capabilities and influence stakeholders in their evolution, leveraging principles of equity, inclusion, and change management in their design and delivery. Manage stakeholders across teams, levels, awareness, and access-levels to information. Stay abreast of firm and industry products, updates, and requirements to incorporate them into solutions that increase adoption, engagement, and improvement of programs towards greater firm goals. Support other teammates and leadership projects as needed. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with program management, including stakeholder management and leading cross-functional teams
5+ years of experience working in DEI programs or belonging
3+ years of experience in organizational behavior or psychology focused on human capital consulting
Experience with program management and change management from development to implementation of initiatives in an organizational setting
Ability to provide DEI thought leadership and subject matter expertise for the design of strategic DEI and culture programs
Ability to build and maintain strong internal client relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across all levels and functions of the organization to maintain awareness and transparency
Ability to solve problems using clear judgement, subject matter expertise, policy, and diplomacy
HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
Experience translating ideas and concepts into professional products and solutions
Experience in developing culture and community centered programming
Experience with user delivery
Experience providing statistical analysis, including summarizing, interpreting, and presenting results to a lay audience
Experience with quantitative and qualitative assessment
Possession of excellent written and verbal communication and executive presentation skills, including approaching complex conversations and challenges with creative solutions
Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
