HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Functional Support – Working closely with engineering and operations teams to plan and implement equipment modification, upgrades and much more!
- Process Management – Ensuring accurate, timely and cost-efficient execution of maintenance activities. Along with document management, effective case management, as well as preparing, maintaining, and submitting records and reports required by the company and/or regulatory agencies
- Delivering Success – We believe in the power of our people! Meeting regularly with maintenance supervision, operations and other departments for task planning and scheduling will be key to your success and will use your creative and strong problem solving to support leadership while still delivering today’s committed results
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Substantial experience in production planning and scheduling
- Experience with SAP or other maintenance planning software
- Ability to quickly develop an in-depth working knowledge of maintenance and reliability processes, workflows, and procedures
- Ability to effectively motivate, communicate, delegate, negotiate and train and effectively achieve results through others
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Experience in the Food & Beverage industry preferred
- Ability to communicate with outside suppliers of parts and services.
- Working experience of industrial machine repair, mechanical or electrical engineering
