Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team that values working for the best EPC company in North America. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate or agency recruiting, with a strong background in recruiting staff personnel for the industrial market. This role will be instrumental in attracting top talent to support our growing portfolio of industrial projects.

Location
This position will sit in either Lenexa KS. Remote options will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the industrial and water market.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the company culture and specific job requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate recruiting or agency recruiting, with a focus on the industrial and/or water market.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting staff personnel for industrial or water projects.
- Strong understanding of the industrial sector and its unique staffing requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
