We are currently seeking a M&A Integration Associate who will facilitate seamless collaboration across diverse teams, serving as the crucial bridge with our key stakeholders. You will sustain our strategic growth while mastering core integration concepts and collaborate with leaders from across the company. You will gain insights into our operations and processes, unlocking opportunities for growth and increased responsibility. Ultimately, you will drive efficiency as we effectively empower and welcome new teams to our family of companies.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
To include, but not limited to the following:
- Ignite team synergy - foster productive teams through the development of authentic, trusting working relationships. Serve as a positive spokesperson to address questions.
- Drive integration excellence - manage project plans and timing for integration activities, conducting regular team meetings, monitoring status, and providing proactive escalation/resolution of issues.
- Elevate project plans - maintain updates and ensuring the program teams are aligned and working towards common goals.
- Cross-function collaboration - partner with teams to identify and track risks, actions, issues, decisions, dependencies, and synergies to ensure successful integration.
- Champion accurate information - spearhead the collection, validation and communication of critical information, facilitating seamless collaboration through teams.
- Drive operational transparency - provide engaging operational reporting for management, ensuring clarity and accountability across the board.
- Be a catalyst for change - advocate for change management with an empathy for relationships and positions. Develop the team and yourself with knowledge of APi Group project methodology, technical skills, and culture, embracing innovation and process improvement.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience managing projects or people (Finance, Operations, or M&A preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
- Solid technical experience in different systems and tools such as Smartsheet, Excel, Word, power Point, etc.
- Ability to balance multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
- Strong collaboration within a team setting.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills to be able to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Effective communication for various stakeholder levels (project team, IT leaders, and business stakeholders).

Benefits and Compensation:
This role will be eligible for hybrid work flexibility based out of our New Brighton office. The pay range is $86,100 -$129,100 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
