Job Summary
The primary role of the Store Environment Floor Plan Senior Specialist is to provide Floor Plan lifecycle management to support product level resets for their assigned Merchandise Business Area. This role supports a team of Visual Space Planners by acting as primary interface into setting up and implementing single program resets in Lowe's space planning tools.
Key Responsibilities
Creates go forward space plan within Lowe’s space planning tool to align to the Merchant and Visual Space Planner intent.
Provides reporting to the Visual Space Planner to ensure alignment of go-forward floorplan and Visual Space Planner intent, for single program resets.
Reviews final go forward floorplan with Visual Space Planner to ensure accuracy of plan to intent for single program resets
Initiates bay locks to support reset projects within their assigned merchandising division
Works with their team to execute and organize work processes to manage workload
Supports a collaborative environment by working in a team of peers to solve problems and sharing information with peers, manager, and customers as appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Retail Management, or related fields and 1-2 Years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Retail Management, or related fields
