Assistant Customer Technical Representative
Key Role:
Support Navy program offices onsite in the operation and sustainment of Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) life cycle logistics planning and execution. Coordinate with vendors for delivery of services and maintain the organization of assets and software version upgrades. Provide NMCI technical support by assisting users with account creation, account issues, and deactivating accounts. Map printers and network drives, support the Program Office with Knowledge Management to maintain and organize file share, and maintain security and distribution groups.
Basic Qualifications:
1+ years of experience as an Assistant Customer Technical Representative (ACTR)
Experience with standard NMCI technical support, including user account creation, troubleshooting account issues, and deactivating accounts
Experience with equipment ordering, delivery, and tracking
Experience submitting Move, Add, and Change (MAC) requests to move users, change Global Address List (GAL) entries, and move software licenses
Experience providing Naval Systems Engineering Resource Center (NSERC) Management
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
Knowledge of tools such as .NET, Service Request eForms, SReForms, and Active Directory
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
