Activision Publishing is currently looking for a Producer to join the Call of Duty franchise. We are looking for an individual who has a passion and consistent track record for producing and launching incredible games.
As a Producer on Call of Duty you will be responsible for providing support to the production and development teams in a variety of areas. This entails active involvement through all phases of development including pre-production, production, alpha, beta, submissions, and launch! Specific duties include but are not limited to leading all aspects of responsibilities related to QA, First Party submissions, build schedules, Marketing and PR strategies, Development Studio relationships, and project risk assessments. The Producer manages important areas of production and will work closely with senior team members as well as the Production Director to ensure the needs of the game are met through forward thinking and risk mitigation.
- Be responsible for different aspects of Call of Duty production including submission strategies, operations processes, schedule organization, build management, marketing initiatives, and other production responsibilities
- Provide ongoing risk assessments to production team leadership with respect to project hazards and bottlenecks regarding game schedule and quality. Producer should come prepared to offer potential solutions or next steps.
- Work closely with Development Studios, QA, Localization, Submission Teams, and other support groups to be responsible for submission of game code to first parties. Adjust schedules as required to keep current with shifting development needs and ensure on-time release for any publicly announced dates.
- Build strong relationships with Development Teams as part of providing support to the game development process by providing clear task prioritization as well as game feedback.
- Be a primary point of contact for cross-functional groups including Brand Management, Consumer Marketing, Public Relations, etc.
- Contribute constructive, creative feedback to production team leadership to help ensure the game is meeting quality and feature goals
- Record meeting summaries as needed, and translate into a coherent, organized list of action items and next steps for the team

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $80,800.00 - $149,400.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
