District Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to oversee multiple locations within our organization. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing operations, and ensuring the overall success of the district. This is a leadership role that requires strong business acumen, strategic planning, and the ability to effectively manage a team.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and meet district targets
- Provide leadership and guidance to store managers within the district
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, profit loss, and key performance indicators
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards and policies
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development efforts
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to store managers
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a District Manager in the Wireless Phone industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent sales and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in strategic planning, project management, and problem-solving
- Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel within the district as required
