Under the direction of the Supervisor of Medical Staff Services, the Credentialing Coordinator will complete a variety of support activities to assist with the many credentialing and enrollment activities in the department.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Supporting credentialing and enrollment work
- Run primary source verifications for credentialing representatives
- Enter data into credentialing systems
- Monitor and complete Epic work queues
- Complete enrollment and credentialing activities
- Send clinician reminders
- Update quality portal websites

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 2+ years of experience using computer systems and processes
- 2+ years of experience working in healthcare
- 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite

- Knowledge of computers and copiers/scanners
- Ability to read, interpret and apply rules, processes and procedures
- Ability to assess situations, use good judgement and ask for help when needed
- Strong project management and organizational skills following systematic method of performing a task

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
