In the role of Project Coordinator, we'll count on you to:
- Type, format and organize project documents, reports, specifications and correspondence.
- Create and maintain project files and emails in multiple data platforms and assist with downloading from SharePoint and uploading to EFM approved document repository.
- Ensure that project files are organized following ILG procedures and assist with records archival process.
- Support project managers with administrative tasks.
- Apply and guide project team members on company quality assurance policies.
- Assist with and help coordinate meetings, presentations and meeting notes.
- Exhibit professionalism with external and internal clients and subconsultants.
- Work with multiple Project Managers and project teams as needed.
- Assist with project guides, project reviews, and collecting progress report information to support invoicing.
- Maintain logs for tracking of submittals, RFIs, and RFQs for Construction Management projects.
- Partner with Project Accountants to obtain necessary Subconsultant quality and safety documentation.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 3 years of related experience.
- High proficiency with formatting in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Highly detail oriented.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience
- A minimum of 1 years related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
