Innovation Development Summer Analyst Program
As a 2025 Innovation Development Summer Analyst within the Innovation Development Program (IDP), you will be part of a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive team. You will have the opportunity to work across various core disciplines such as project-based strategy, transformation & execution, product management, process and change management, and data, technology & systems. Your role will involve strategic thinking, quantitative analysis, and communication with key stakeholders. You will also gain a deep understanding of our business and products while leveraging an innovation mindset to design client experiences and solutions.
As a 2025 Innovation Development Summer Analyst you’ll be placed on a high-impact team for the summer, where you’ll work across one or more core disciplines:
- Project-based strategy: Develop recommendations to improve the bank’s operational and financial performance
- Transformation & execution: Design new customer value propositions and help deliver a best-in-class client experience
- Product management: Support the build, launch, and delivery of products to solve customer challenges
- Process and change management: Re-engineer critical processes and help lead key organizational and change initiatives
- Data, technology & systems: Leverage data and platforms to drive decision-making and improve business architecture
Job responsibilities:
While day-to-day activities will vary based upon your team, you can expect to take on a combination of mission-critical responsibilities, including:
- Combining strategic thinking and quantitative analysis to answer business questions
- Presenting and communicating findings to key stakeholders
- Building a deep knowledge of our business and products
- Leveraging an innovation mindset to design client experiences and solutions

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Fluency in English
- Bachelors or Masters Degree
- Expected Graduation Date of December 2025 - June 2026
- Enrolled, in good standing, at an accredited university in the US

We offer a competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set, and location. For those in eligible roles, discretionary incentive compensation which may be awarded in recognition of individual achievements and contributions.
