Position Summary:
The Regional Admissions Representative is the first impression that a potential lead interacts with. A lead’s overall first impression is based on several factors to include enthusiasm, trust in the product and its outcome, credibility and presence of the Regional Admissions Representative, and trust and connection with Airstreams Renewables, its mission, and values. A Regional Admissions Representative is charged with generating new leads and lead conversion. Additional responsibilities should include the partnerships with different organizations, current employers that hire from us as well as prospective business partners that will support our lead generation efforts and hiring our graduates.
The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Operate within federal and state regulations at all times.
- Adhere to Airstreams policies and procedures.
- Lead generation to introduce the program to as many potential candidates as your territory can generate following the SOP guidelines.
- Lead conversion to have max fulfillment of each training cohort based on installation potential.
- Attend all in person events established by installation or created by marketing department for lead generating events.
- Attend all weekly, monthly, and annually scheduled meetings and training events. Travel may be required for attendance.
- Create new business by coordinating events with local community partners, unit leadership, or others.
- Respond immediately (within 24hours) to contacts made via social media or other various methods of shown interest.
- Work with other departments to ensure a positive work environment that puts the needs of the student first.
- Participate in follow-up activities with enrolled students.
- Conduct extensive phone work.
- Generate personally developed inquiries and referrals.
- Recruit both military and non-military candidates/applicants who are interested and qualified to attend Airstreams course offerings.
- Participate in campus events such as open houses, orientations, graduations, etc.
- Input all activity into the database management system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Satisfy all database activities assigned to you on scheduled dates with detailed notes on status of applicant at the time of completed activity.
- Travel as needed to meet company goals and expectations.

- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers.
- Ability to work with a wide range of constituencies and diverse communities.
- Ability to contribute to building a positive team spirit.
- Knowledge of the consultative sales approach including making recommendations, identifying and overcoming objections, and closing the sale.
- Ability to travel on behalf of the company to meet goals and objectives.
- Strong computer skills including use of the Microsoft office applications.
- Well groomed, presents a positive company image.
- Treats others with courtesy and respect.
- Highly organized with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
- Recruiting for post-secondary educational program.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Required: Legal ability to work in the United States.
- Required: Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a pre-employment background and/or motor vehicle check.
- Required: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and to maintain a drug-free status.
- Required: To be considered for this position, you must have reliable transportation to work, have access to a reliable vehicle that you can use to travel to multiple locations within a shift, and be willing to work on occasional weekends and holidays.
