The Job
- Reviews and distributes production work and order processing work to meet shipment schedules; confers with department supervisors and group leaders to determine progress of work
- Coordinates and expedites the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies between sections or departments
- Monitors workload for all areas of the operation
- Collaborates with various departments to manage efficient flow of all materials
- Communicates with employees, supervisors, shipping, or planning
- Uses warehouse management system to release tasks to support the daily schedules
- Constantly analyzes the status and priorities of released work to ensure on time completion
- Provides problem solving assistance and root cause analysis to all levels of the organization related to resource planning and order status.
- Runs reports to monitor open customer orders to ensure on time completion
- Responsible for daily 6S activities, such as housekeeping, maintaining an organized and safe work area, and any appropriate paperwork/check sheets.
- Must be able to work 4am-2:30pm or 6am-2pm and must be flexible

- Ability to work, contribute and succeed in a team environment
- Must be able to work in an office and factory setting
- Must be flexible with shift at times, based on business needs

The Salary range for this position is $38,300.00 - $61,600.00
