Title:
QA QC Electrical Engineer
To provide technical support to the Refinery’s maintenance and operational
teams and ensure that all routine, preventive and turnaround maintenance
activities.
Define, manage and review equipment maintenance strategies, develop maintenance procedures to support these strategies and provide technical assistance and trouble-shooting support for all equipment, as required.
2. Participate in the of Root Cause Analysis as part of the process for addressing Bad Actor lists, facilitate critical studies; provide coaching and mentoring to other engineers capable of facilitating RCA studies. Provide support in
developing new software.
3. Ensure developing and maintaining an effective action tracking system for Root Cause Analysis findings and recommendations and reporting in
case of discrepancies.
4. Define spare part requirements for all Refinery equipment, employing Risk Based Maintenance and Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis
techniques (FMECA).
5. Perform regular audits to ensure working capital is optimised, stock levels are maintained and spares for obsolete equipment are removed in coordination with concerned personnel.
6. Participate in Total FORCE audits, Solomon Surveys and other benchmarking exercises to ensure the SATORP reliability programs is focused on the important issues to improve overall Refinery availability performance.
7. Develop and follow up on Incident tracking system .
Make sure for compliances of all HSE rules Encourage reporting of unsafe acts and conditions. Comply with all SHE procedures prior to commencement and during work.
