Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Business Intelligence and Data Insights Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making processes, and contributing to the overall success of the End User Support operations.
Essential Functions:
- Proactively facilitate the overall analytic delivery strategy for the organization.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their goals and determine how data can be used to achieve those goals.
- Design, manage and maintain business intelligence solutions using data visualization tools.
- Perform detailed analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights within the data.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques.
- Filter and clean data, and review reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate systems and data for better data analysis.
- Present data insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.
- Deploy frameworks, approaches, solutions and recommendations that effectively and efficiently address the most impactful opportunities and challenges
- Get to an understanding of root problems, define analytical objectives, and formalize data requirements for various types of analyses.
- Combine and analyze disparate data sources and independently perform analysis to render robust, thoughtful results.
- Compare client performance against industry best practices with a shrewd eye toward identifying performance and/or profitability improvement opportunity.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- Experience visualizing data with tools like Tableau, advanced Tableau skills,
- High level of proficiency manipulating data from a variety of sources
- Hands on experience with one or more data analysis/programming
- Strong experience in delivering business value using AI/ML, data-driven solutions and business intelligence tools.
- A proven track record demonstrating an ability to manipulate, process, and extract value from extensive datasets at scale.
- Demonstrated outstanding problem-solving skills to innovate solutions and solve business problems.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required, showcasing an ability to translate complex technical data into compelling narratives.
- Must be proficient in all MS Office applications with advanced Excel spreadsheet skills

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 106,700.00 to 154,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
