Job Description
We are looking for an energetic Analyst for Sales Excellence. In this role, you will play a key role in improving sales performance and productivity for our Sales and Account Growth teams. This position is based in San Francisco and reports directly to the Senior Director, Head of Sales Excellence, Global Money Movement Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Create and execute Sales Excellence initiatives to boost sales performance and productivity – Sales Reports, Leader’s Dashboards, etc.
Support Account Growth teams in strategic account planning, making sure they align with sales goals and promoting cross-functional cooperation.
Sales Incentive Planning: Work collaboratively with Sales Leaders and the Global Sales Compensation team in executing and maintaining regional sales compensation plans based on corporate policies, business goals, and internal systems. Track quota attainment for several objective Sales metrics.
Manage Sales Excellence projects and initiatives, making sure they align with overall sales goals and objectives.
Work closely with Cross-Functional Account Executive teams, acting as a project manager on team-led projects.
Support Account Growth teams in strategic account planning, making sure they align with sales goals and promoting cross-functional cooperation.
Deal with complex and uncertain situations to provide clear, evidence-based recommendations to management.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
Demonstrated experience in Sales Operations and/or Strategy.
Skill in using CRM systems, sales analytics platforms, and MS Office applications.
Advanced Microsoft Excel user.
Strong writing and storytelling skills, with experience creating custom pitch decks.
Excellent presentation and training skills.
Solid project management skills.
Analytical skills and experience with analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adjust to changing circumstances and deal with ambiguity.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
