The Caterpillar Oil & Gas Division has an exciting opportunity for a Relationship Manager- Gas Compression role located in Houston, Texas. The Relationship Manager- Gas Compression role is responsible for developing, fostering, and growing strategic relationships and growth initiatives with our key gas compression end users. This individual will be responsible for engaging the all ranges of customer personnel, from the C-suite through field operations personnel to identify areas where Caterpillar can add value, improve the customer’s total cost of ownership, and help achieve the customer’s sustainability objectives.
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Following organizational policies and procedures and maintaining clear and direct line of communication within the organization to meet customer requirements.

Consult with dealers and internal business partners on the subject of sales and service support of product to “corporate account” customers.

Develop and foster relationships directly with customers to collect information, sell additional products and services to current customers, and ensure customers' needs are met.

Top Candidates Will Have:

Bachelor’s degree and 8-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
