Program Analyst Sr Advisor

Our work depends on Program Analyst Sr Advisor joining our team to support the development of basis of estimates, cost estimates, and proposal development for new project work and then executing project work according to plans and schedules.
HOW A PROGRAM ANALYST SR ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Performs complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program
- Work in a fast-paced work environment to quickly develop cost proposal for new work.
- Work with program team and map project schedule and resources to labor categories and financial estimates, and coordinate with financial analyst to finalize proposal.
- Work with subcontractors to delegate work and allocate funding for the work.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree
- Required Experience: 10+ years of related experience developing program expansion cost estimates and proposals
- Security Clearance Level: N/A
- Required Skills and Abilities:
- Understanding of Government procurement process for professional services
- Two plus years experience with CBP FSSS program plans, resources, and labor categories
- Two plus years of CBP FSSS format for financial estimates
- Two plus years of understanding CBP FSSS format for impact assessments and proposals
- Five plus years working with subcontractors on proposals and estimats
- Five plus years working with MS Excel on a daily basis
- US Citizenship Required: Yes

The likely salary range for this position is $122,366 - $103,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
