What you will enjoy doing*
- Set up and maintain all new National Accounts and pricing on National Accounts
- You will process customer pass-through billing promptly and with high quality
- Initiate contact and follow up on customer inquiries and disputes
- Serve as a primary point of contact for outside distributors
- You are expected to take accountability for accounts receivable, days sales outstanding, aging balances, credits, and bad debt performance on assigned accounts
- Maintain positive and professional customer relationships
- You will support additional duties as assigned to contribute to team success

What Makes You Great
- You hold a high School Education or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of one year experience in customer service or office environment
- At least one year of collections experience
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and enterprise systems such as JDE and OBIEE
- Demonstrate effective communication and strong organizational skills
- You exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- You are encouraged to contribute to an inclusive workplace that respects integrity and belonging
