ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Business Analyst. The objective of this program is to transition to HCM system to support learning management operations, leverage advanced analytics, streamline competency management, and provide a user-centric approach to facilitate personalized learning experiences. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Build a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) for user stories. Translate business requirements to technical and functional teams for Workday & ServiceNow implementations Working closely with Product Owners to refine user stories and categorize the user-centric requirements Demonstrating an understanding of the customers team’s capability visions by researching, wireframing, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences Translating concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences Identifying design problems, developing elegant solutions, and justifying design decisions eloquently Communicating design ideas and prototypes supported by objective analyses to facilitate decision-making Developing presentations and reports conveying complex information Perform subjective and objective research both qualitatively and quantitatively, to gather deep end-user understanding Orchestrates coordination between stakeholders, end users, and technical teams Anticipates requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and designing appropriate solutions Basic Qualifications: 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role working with Enterprise level HR IT Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Human Centered Design, User Experience, or Information Management) Experience leading client briefings and review sessions; demonstrated ability to present a polished and professional image to clients Ability to thrive in an ever changing, technology-based consulting environment Willingness to readily take ownership of tasks and problems, which often extend beyond initial scope of responsibility The successful candidate must be able to work remotely and be able to travel occasionally as needed Preferred Qualifications: Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA), or other relevant business analysis credentials Certifications like Project Management Professional (PMP), or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) can be beneficial Certifications such as Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-P) can be beneficial Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to enhance HR processes and systems Clearance Requirements: US citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations The projected compensation range for this position is $84,900-$141,100. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
