The Associate, Project Management role will support the Capital One Card business and manage the curation and internal facing experiences, with oversight and guidance from Delivery Operations Team and working as a supporting member of the Card Centralized Branding Platform (aka MatchBox). This role will also support horizontal projects focused on marketing operation transformation through the lens of managing task delivery and documentation.
This role requires rigorous attention to detail, excellent organization skills, excellent communication, and an understanding of content management principles to ensure brand content is structured to meet the needs of a large group of internal stakeholders and technology platforms, including: customers, marketing, servicing, and outbound messaging. This person will be able to work in a time-sensitive environment, be flexible as schedules and priorities dictate, as well as have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a broader team.
Responsibilities:
Source new brand content and required validation approvals as new content assets needs are identified. Includes changes to existing content and new content.
Partner closely with the Marketing Team to intake curated branded content, the platform team who manages the Card Central Branding library, and channels who will test retrieval of the content.
Serve as the central point of contact for new and existing clients and to validate intent matches execution for relevant use cases. Consultation includes routing QA outputs to appropriate owners across LOBs/segments/partners for review and approval.
Maintain the library of content approved and available in the Centralized Branding platform.
Facilitate periodic review of all branding content housed in Centralized Branding Platform. Collaborate with marketing/brand owners for each partner to ensure all elements are still accurate.
Verify variable content and product line tagging with Centralized Branding Platform.
Accountable for documenting and improving processes, working backward from user/ customer needs.
Manage workload appropriately to efficiently service multiple parallel requests.
Keep stakeholder teams informed regarding capacity and WIP limits.
Support both QA and integration testing; resolve defects and escalate risks with Content tagging
Manage task delivery and documentation for operation improvement projects.
Exceptional organization, process management, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent verbal/ written communication.
Proven track record of successful delivery working in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of autonomy and excellent attention to detail.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of project management or process management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience with content management technologies or related content creation/management tools
Previous experience with workflow management tools and document routing
Basic HTML skills are a plus
