About the Role
Are you passionate about using data and analytics to improve client outcomes, influence business decisions, and drive operational excellence? Join ABM's Client Experience & OperationalSpecialist team, where you'll support some of our most strategic clients, including organizations operating within highly regulated and complex environments.
This is more than a reporting role. As a Client Experience & Operational Specialist you'll serve as a key partner to operations teams, helping transform service delivery data into actionable insights that improve client satisfaction, retention, operational performance, and business results. You'll collaborate across multiple departments to identify trends, solve complex challenges, support operational governance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
You'll also play an important role in maintaining data integrity, developing reporting standards, identifying opportunities related to financial performance and service delivery, and helping field operations teams better understand the trends impacting client outcomes. Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Conduct research and analyze complex data sets, systems, and operational performance metrics.
- Identify trends and provide recommendations that improve service delivery and client outcomes.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics that support data-driven decision-making.
- Support quality improvement, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate across business functions to align project goals, performance measures, and reporting.
- Support client business reviews, presentations, and retention initiatives.
- Help identify operational challenges and opportunities using data and analytics.
- Partner with key stakeholders to support and operationalize ABM's data strategy.
- Serve as an advocate for data-driven insights across operations and leadership teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data & Analytics, Business, or a related field, and/or equivalent work experience.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Teams, and OneNote.
- Familiarity with platforms such as QuickBase, Salesforce.com, Microsoft PowerApps, or similar business applications.
- Understanding of accounts receivable processes, profit and loss (P&L) statements, and financial performance metrics.
- Experience supporting client relationships and client-facing initiatives.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Oracle, JDE, or SAP.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently while contributing within a collaborative team environment.
- Proven leadership capabilities and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of facility services environments such as Cleaning, Parking, Engineering, or related operational services.
- Understanding of market trends, regulations, and best practices related to operating and maintaining built environments.
Compensation
Salary Range: $70,000 - $76,500
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
You may be eligible to participate in a company incentive or bonus program. The exact offer depends on experience, skills, and market data. Eligible employees may also participate in an annual bonus program.
