Overview
ABM is seeking transitioning service members for an Electrical Power Test Technician SkillBridge opportunity. Participants will gain hands-on experience supporting the inspection, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical and power-distribution equipment.
During SkillBridge, participants continue receiving military pay and benefits and are not employed or compensated by ABM. Successful completion may lead to consideration for paid ABM employment based on qualifications, performance, licensing, business needs, and position availability.
Responsibilities
Applicants must:
- Be an active-duty U.S. service member within 180 days of separation or retirement
- Have completed at least 180 days of active-duty service
- Expect an honorable discharge
- Complete required transition assistance requirements

Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications.
- Military experience in electrical systems, power generation, electronics, utilities, avionics, engineering, or equipment maintenance
- Experience testing, troubleshooting, or maintaining electrical equipment
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to meet applicable site, licensing, background, and physical requirements
