In this role, you will:- Identify business problems and opportunities for improvement, and recommend solutions using data and analytics
- Build targeted insights to design new policies and processes to deliver results tied to Wells Fargo Auto's business imperatives
- Improve credit performance by analyzing historical data and future consumer credit trends, and designing and executing tests using rigorous monitoring and analysis
- Drive stakeholder alignment through data-driven insights, strong written and oral communications, and sound business knowledge
- Work independently to make recommendations and implement them demonstrating strong results-focus on both short- and long-term goals
- Collaborate on implementation efforts for a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, optimizing efficiency, and improving customer experience
Required Qualifications:- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Master's Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in Strategy and/or Analytics
- 2+ years of experience in Financial Services or Management Consulting
- 2+ years of experience in SAS, SQL, Python or equivalent
