Overview
ABM is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hire to Retire Process Lead to join our HR Shared Services team. As the Hire to Retire Process Lead, you will manage the continuous improvement and HRIS implementations for the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement. You will work closely with various departments within the organization to ensure smooth and efficient processes from onboarding new employees to offboarding retiring staff.
This is a Hybrid role (in-office Tue/Wed/Thu) located at 14141 Southwest Freeway, Sugar Land, TX 77478.
Essential Functions
- Identify ways to enhance efficiency and transform experiences with hire to retire, working alongside the HR Transformation Lead and Business Owner. Implement best practices and drive positive impact across the organization.
- Define and deliver key operating metrics that support organizational goals. Monitor performance indicators, identify trends and drive improvements
- Develop and implement strategies to improve and streamline the Hire to Retire process
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to HR staff and managers on HR process-related matters
- Analyze HR metrics and propose recommendations for improving efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications – Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR process management, preferably in the "Hire to Retire" area
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software and tools
