DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Consult with stakeholders to determine system requirements and document acceptance criteria into user stories. Configure customized system solutions that meet business needs and specifications. Perform detailed analysis on multiple projects, recommend potential business solutions and ensure successful implementations. Act as a liaison to the end users, internal partner applications vendors and engineers. Analyze current architecture of the application and provide suggestions and approach to be taken to meet the requirement for the enhancement, business requirement or regulatory changes. Create the architectural diagram and detailed design document to support the enhancement and new requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams like Architects, Data Base Administrators, Testers and Operations Teams to support the changes and obtain specific requirements. Integrate process and code changes worked upon by different teams. Support the development and testing teams for the changes being completed as the subject matter expert for the project. Utilize technical skillset to write requirements, write functional test cases, develop and execute tests when needed. Participate in end-to-end reviews for the project in order to comply with Global Change Management Policies for application changes being planned as Subject Matter Expert and review to fulfill various Audit and Compliance requirements. Drive decisions regarding data flows and document data flows for use by all stakeholders. Develop and execute functional test cases. Understand and drive project timelines within the core project team, but also with external partners. Coordinate and Drive partner development and testing. Maintain project documents for traceability and audits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field of study plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or as Business Analyst, Developer User Interface, IT Administrator, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Scrum methodologies; Backlog administration; Backlog refinement; Sprint planning; Sprint reviews; Retrospectives address; Remove blockers; Developing test code; KAFKA connectivity; Java; Rest Controller in spring framework; RESTful web service; JSON objects for communication; Writing Junit test cases; Kubernetes; Jenkins Pipeline; RESTful API for HTTP request; and GIT.
Job Location: 10410 Highland Manor Dr., Tampa, FL 33610. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
