We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PowerShell scripting, proficiency with low-code/no-code solutions, extensive knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Office, and Windows operating systems along with experience implementing Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions. This role requires an individual who can work independently, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and manage Microsoft 365 services.
Design and implement low-code/no-code solutions to streamline business processes.
Serve as the go-to expert for Microsoft Teams, providing support and guidance to enhance collaboration and productivity.
Manage and troubleshoot Office applications and Windows operating systems across the organization.
Implement GenAI
Conduct training sessions and workshops to upskill team members on Microsoft 365 and other unified communications technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Microsoft 365 services with other enterprise tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting and automation.
Proficient with low-code/no-code platforms and their application in enterprise environments.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Office, and Windows operating systems.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
**This role is located onsite at our Austin, TX or Santa Clara, CA campus.

U.S. Salary Range:
$120,000.00 - $165,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
