Experience in creating Procedures using lay mens term in order for end-users to easily understand technical instructions.
Experience in writing Policies, Product Advertisements and Catalogue of new or exisiting product.
Experience in writing for different kinds of audiences.
Able / comfortable in setting up meetings with inernal and external stakeholders.
Can meet deadlines and can take directions from peers.

Core Responsibilities of 1 Technical Trainer (enrty level PM)
Experience in Developing Training Materials
Video Editing support for training team
Own Change Management of existing training contents
Update content for PMM and Create Training Portal
Uptraining on additional training tools. (Rise, Articulate)
Train new products to the team (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate)
Schedule meeting with Managers and Supervisor to see what training or training materials is needed by their team.
With Telco experience
Working Time: 6pm - 3am or 10pm to 7am (Manila Time)
Core Responsibilities of 2 Application/System Testers (enrty level PM)
Knowledge on Jira and Octane (defects) / ALM (defects)
Ability to lead weekly/biweekly calls with stakeholders and product owners.
Communicate the results of software testing efforts to stakeholders and suggest areas of improvement
Work with product owners, developers, stakeholders, and divisions to plan any upcoming features/offers.
Experience in Agile frameworks, UAT and regression testing
Developing and creating test plans
Able to work independently and ensure diagnoses, corrects and documents issues, risks and problems using Quality Assurance (QA) practices
Understands the urgency of meeting deadlines and ensuring all defects are resolved in a timely manner
Able to multitask and work on multiple projects if required

Working time : 5pm-2am (Manila Time)
