Depositary Services Programs are set out to achieve results-driven goals; they have a strong focus on meeting clients’ needs, with diverse roles broadly focused on operational, comprehensive asset servicing management. Our ideal candidate is operations-minded, with interests in data analytics and serving our clients across an end-to-end lifecycle of transaction management.
Our 2-year graduate program (undergraduate) will give you the opportunity to learn all aspects of Depositary Services and complete three rotations of 8 months:
- Cash flow monitoring
- Ownership Verification of assets
- Oversight Team/Due diligence

Basic qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a completion date of May 2023 or May 2024 (finance/accountancy, business or law)
- Understanding of financial, banking regulations and investment banking market
- 1 year or less industry experience
- Ability to start graduate program on 2 September 2024
Preferred qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Microsoft tools - competent with excel inc macros
- Attention to detail
- Good standard of mathematical acumen.
- Ability to read and interpret legal and regulatory documentation
Location: Luxembourg: The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
