This role drives the development of advanced test stations that ensure the performance and reliability of next‑generation radar and electronic warfare systems, directly supporting mission‑critical capabilities for our customers and national defense.
THE WORK
In this role you will:
• Design automated test equipment, simulation and stimulus test systems, and bench‑top manual tests for cutting‑edge radar technology.
• Develop custom test solution hardware and cable designs, applying expertise in Pro‑E, PCB design, and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to produce and present design documentation for critical customer reviews.
• Resolve component obsolescence challenges to keep testing infrastructure ahead of emerging requirements.
• Research, develop, design, and test electrical components, equipment, and systems, leveraging signal generators, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and power meters.
• Develop installation designs for components, assemblies, chassis, racks, and shelters, applying knowledge of mechanical integration and electrical safety.
• Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of test environments, from concept through integration and validation.
WHO YOU ARE
You are a seasoned electrical engineer who excels at designing and integrating automated test solutions, bridging hardware and software to deliver reliable radar system validation. You bring strong problem‑solving skills, cross‑functional collaboration, and a commitment to maintaining security‑clearance requirements.
