Program Manager, Card Plastics
What does a successful Program Manager, Card Plastics do at Fiserv?
As a successful Program Manager, Card Plastics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing go-to-market strategies that elevate our card plastics product visibility, drive client engagement, grow pipeline, and support revenue growth. You will assist with GTM strategy design, enable cross-functional execution, compelling value propositions, identify and target whitespace, and ensure that sales initiatives are scalable, data-driven, and tightly aligned with Issuer Solutions growth objectives.
What you will do:
- Drive the development and refinement of integrated card plastics strategies for new product launches, market expansion and customer segmentation.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure plastics strategies align with customer needs and market dynamics.
- Promote go-to-market planning and sales execution for new product launches, ensuring alignment with product strategy and commercialization timelines.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to understand their needs and develop tailored strategies that drive growth and improve sales
- Analyze customer segments and market data to determine where opportunities exist, Facilitating the execution, ongoing project management and reporting of new strategies. Analyzing sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights to sales leaders.
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, product sheets, and client-facing collateral.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field;
- 4+ years of experience in card plastics, GTM execution or sales/revenue operations roles.
- Proven ability to drive GTM strategy development and execute cross-functional initiatives that drive revenue.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM, sales analytics, and forecasting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, Tableau).
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools such as Salesforce, Eloqua, or Seismic.
What would be great to have:
- Strategic and structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in product marketing or commercialization within a large enterprise.
- Familiarity with Issuer Solutions, Output Solutions, or Money Network products.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Highly organized with exceptional project management skills..
- Demonstrated success in supporting plastics sales enablement and client-facing initiatives.
You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Salary Range
$71,400.00 - $151,900.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
