Candidates who join KBR's Mission Technology Solutions business before the spin-off will transition to Trinzic when the separation is complete and will not need to reapply for employment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Security Administration: Maintain and update security databases, records, and tracking systems
- Visit Request Processing: Coordinate, validate, and process incoming and outgoing visit requests for personnel and visitors
- Personnel Security Support: Prepare, review, and process security documentation and associated records
- Badge and Access Management: Support badging activities and assist with facility access procedures
- Customer Service and Documentation: Assist walk-in personnel, respond to security-related inquiries, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with customer requirements
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure security files, records, and documentation are maintained in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Administrative Support: Support day-to-day security office operations and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:
Required:
- Active TS/SCI with a polygraph
- 10 years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting personnel, physical, industrial, or program security functions
- Experience maintaining security records, databases, and documentation
- Ability to process visit requests, access requests, and related security paperwork
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired:
- Experience supporting Intelligence Community customers
- Knowledge of security database applications and access control systems
- Experience with badging and visitor control processes
- Familiarity with security clearance processing and personnel security requirements
- Experience working in a fast-paced classified environment
Basic Compensation:
$144,900 to $177,000
This range is for the Virginia area only
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
